* Students please attach a copy of student ID or a letter with institution letterhead and Head of Department’s signature to confirm your status as student.  Student registration is based on first-come, first-served basis and space is limited.
 
Notes:
a. The Conference registration fees for delegates includes the Welcome Reception, admission to all sessions of the conference and the cost of all coffee breaks and lunches, plus the conference proceedings.  Optional tours, airport transfer and accommodation are not included.
b. The TC Meetings registration fees for delegates include admission to the division meetings and all TC meetings and the cost of all coffee breaks and lunches.
c. Acceptance of Registration is at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.  Confirmation of Registration will be notified in writing upon receipt of full payment.
d. Delegates from developing economies are offered reduced registration rates.  To determine whether you qualify please contact the Central Bureau.
e. Conference Dinner is based on first-come, first-served basis and space is limited.
f. Changes of registration and names received until 15th January 2016 can be processed for free. After that date, the change of name will be processed at an administrative charge of $50.
g. Should you wish to add additional items to your registration at a later date (such as conference dinner, accompanying partner etc) please email Hi Events at events@hievents.com.au who will make the changes on your behalf.
